Q: What's with the new site?

A: Every now and then, websites need a makeover. This time, we decided to go full out. The new website offers a brand new user experience, which has made the shopping experience more fun and easy. All purchases are now for digital music only and allows us to get the music into your hands much faster. We also have a brand-new rewards program that lets you earn points for every single purchase. Check it out here!

Q: Has my old account been migrated over from the old system?

A: Yes, your email, username, password has been migrated. If you had an account balance will be given 30 track credits – equivalent to two album purchases.

Q: What is the wallet on my account used for?

A: This site has a concept of a wallet where you can enter you all your PIN codes for tracks and it will keep track of your credits rather than having to do this during the checkout. As you earn points you can redeem tracks and they will go into your wallet.

Q: How does the Loyalty program work?

A: As you purchase Lifescapes music, you will receive points for each e. As your points accumulate you will receive credits for additional downloads which you can redeem for free tracks.
